Welcome to Swing Score ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). Swing Score is an AI-powered tennis coaching application that analyses your tennis stroke videos and provides personalised coaching feedback.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Swing Score mobile application available on iOS. It also describes your rights regarding your data and how you can exercise them.
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the App.

| Usage analytics | Number of analyses performed, session start/end timestamps, session duration, and last analysis score. Used to improve the App and personalise coaching insights. |
| Error logs | Device-side error messages, stack traces, and screen context logged when the App encounters an error. Includes the email address of the signed-in user (used to correlate reports to your account) but never includes video content, frames, or payment information. |
| Push notification token | An Expo Push token tied to your device is stored when you grant notification permission. Our backend uses this token to deliver "analysis ready" notifications via the Expo Push Service, which then relays the notification through Apple Push Notification service (APNs). |
| Subscription, credit and entitlement data | Your current plan (free or Pro), credit balance, monthly credit usage, plan expiry, purchase history, and the Pro entitlement state. Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and orchestrated by RevenueCat (our subscription infrastructure), which mirrors the resulting entitlement to our backend via a signed webhook. |
| Dashboard AI insights | Cross-session coaching recommendations automatically generated by our AI once you reach three or more analyses. |
| Leaderboard submissions (Pro feature, opt-in) | If you choose to publish a stroke analysis to the global leaderboard, your display name, avatar, stroke type, technique score, your training video and your full analysis (coaching feedback, strengths, weaknesses and technique scores) become visible to all other authenticated users of the App. This happens only after you give explicit, informed consent in the submission confirmation dialog. You can remove an entry at any time, which revokes public access to that analysis and video and removes your public avatar copy if no entries remain. |
| Account deletion audit log | When you delete your account, we record the deletion timestamp and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email (no plaintext email, no other PII) for compliance proof. |
